Completed and opened by Karatay Municipality in 2020, Karatay Thermal Holiday Village has quickly become a major destination in the thermal tourism sector. In a short span of time, the facility has welcomed over 100,000 guests from 34 different countries, turning the İsmil region into one of the most sought-after thermal tourism centers in Turkey.

Spanning an impressive 110,000 square meters, the holiday village is located just 30 minutes from Konya city center. Situated at the entrance of İsmil along the Konya–Adana Ring Road, it has become a key stopover on the tourism route connecting Cappadocia and Antalya.

The facility stands out with its healing thermal waters, modern architecture, elegant restaurant serving delicious cuisine, comfortable rooms equipped with thermal bathtubs, dedicated children’s and adult play areas, spacious pools, a well-equipped health club, and friendly staff. Since its opening, it has achieved an outstanding occupancy rate, setting a new benchmark in the region.

Karatay Thermal Holiday Village comprises 7 blocks with a total of 112 rooms, offering 1+1 and 2+1 apartment-style accommodations and a capacity of 280 beds.
